  • maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, and communications-provider requirements.

Text messaging privacy

We use mobile information only to operate the messaging program, honor your choices, provide support, and meet applicable requirements. We do not sell or rent mobile information or use text-message consent for third-party marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email info@d-gio.com.

Service providers and legal disclosures

We may use service providers to host, secure, communicate through, and support D-Gio. They may process information only as needed to perform services for us and subject to appropriate obligations. This can include communications providers that deliver phone calls and text messages.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction, subject to applicable safeguards. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer for marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including development, security, legal, and compliance needs. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
